The First Vice Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Irina Gerashchenko, called Russia “a mentally ill country”. This was stated during a TV interview.
She cited the novel of the Ukrainian writer Lina Kostenko “Notes of the Ukrainian madman,” in which she indicated that “Russia is a diagnosis.”
It seems to me that it is impossible to determine more exactly what is happening with Russia. This is a serious diagnosis, and it so happened that we, Ukrainians and Ukrainians, were the first to understand this diagnosis – that this is just a mentally ill country, which, unfortunately, is our neighbor.
She also commented on the result of the presidential elections in Russia.

“This studio is full of citizens of Ukraine who saw several Ukrainian presidents: Kravchuk, Kuchma, Yushchenko, Yanukovych, Poroshenko. The which is happening in the Russian Federation, what’s happening there? Putin has been there for 18 years! There is a generation of people who do not know that power can change…” – said the deputy. [as if, the frequency or results of Ukrainian presidents were something to be proud of]
Earlier, Ukrainian sports commentator, Andrei Stolyarchuk, said on TV that most Russians would not be able to pass an intelligence test… (there is no passing, only a score!)
It seems Ukrainian personalities entirely fail to recall that more than 2 million of their own citizens chose to immigrate to “aggressor statte” Russia during the start of the disorder in 2014.
