Britain fails to bring Skripal case to OSCE consideration
An attempt by Britain to raise the issue of the “Skripal case” in the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) has failed, said the permanent representative of the Russian Federation at the organization Alexander Lukashevich.

“The attempt by the UK to put this issue before the OSCE was destined to fail from the very beginning. In addition to the political clatter on our arguments to utilise the mechanisms of the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, as well as our established bilateral channels, their answers were incomprehensible and indistinct. This promotion will not work,” Lukashevich said while speaking at the Moscow Conference on Security.
