Montenegro President, in power since 1991, wins again


Socialist Milo Djukanovic is currently winning the election of the president of Montenegro with a preliminary result of 57%, according to the first official count of the votes of the Republican Electoral Commission.

His main competitor is an economist and ex-deputy of the parliament, an activist of the opposition parties Democratic Front, Democrats, Socialist People’s Party and URA, Mladen Boyanich, is getting about 33%. Seven candidates participated in the elections.
