Russian war planes obliterate terrorists in jihadist-held Idlib

IDLIB, Syria – The Russian Air Force has launched powerful airstrikes against terrorists operating in the jihadist-held province of Idlib in northwest Syria.

The airstrikes have been relentless all day, with five Russian war planes smashing terrorist positions across multiple towns in the province.

The concentration of the attacks have been focused on Jisr ash-Shugur, Halouz, Al-Ghassaniyah, Jabal az-Zawiyah, Jabal al-Arbeen, Areeha, Barsangol, As-Sukkariyah, and Al-Mastourmah.

These settlements were chosen as it was identified that a high volume of jihadist gatherings, storage sites and military bases were located in the aforementioned towns.
