Tomorrow: Russia asks UNSC to convene urgently on Skripal case

Russia has requested a meeting of the UN Security Council on the incident involving the Skripals in the British Salisbury, said Russia’s permanent representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzia.

“We, at the direction of our government, ask you to convene an open meeting of the Security Council tomorrow at three o’clock, in relation to accusation of British Prime Minister Therese May” Nebenzia addressed the UN Security Council chairman at a meeting on Wednesday.

A reminder that recent developments have shown that the Porton Down chemical laboratry, near Salisbury, could not determine the source of the Novichok nerve agent, as stated by Boris Johnson.
