Too sad to go? Finger given to camera as US Consulate in Russia shuts down – VIDEO
ST. PETERSBURG, Russia – US diplomats were seen leaving the US Consulate at the request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in St. Petersburg on Saturday.
One of the supposed staffers of the consulate was caught on camera showing an odious gesture to journalists filming on site.
The consulate was ordered to close as a tit-for-that measure after the US announced on Monday it would expel 60 Russian diplomats and close the Russian consulate in Seattle.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov made the announcement on Thursday in response to the expulsion of Russian diplomats from the US, Canada and a number of European Union member states over the Skripal case.
