The UN Secretary General António Gutteres demands that the experts of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) have full access to the site of the alleged chemical attack in Syria.
“It is critically important that they have full and unimpeded access to determine if chemical weapons were used,” he said. At the same time, he noted that the OPCW lacks the authority to identify the perpetrators.
The West accused Damascus of a chemical attack in Duma. Moscow has warned of possible provocations a number of days ago.
