Odessa: “March of Ukrainian Order” marks date of the Trade Union massacre

This event was intended to demonstrate "the victory of the Ukrainian people, who on May 2, 2014 in Odessa stopped the scenario for the collapse of the country."

In Odessa, via Novorosinform, a march of the Nazis for “Ukrainian Order”
Ukrainian Nazi groups marked the anniversary of the massacres of Russian activists at the House of Trade Unions in Odessa with a march of “Ukrainian order.” According to official data, about a thousand people took part in the Nazis’ action, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

The report notes that representatives of the Nazi groups “National Corps” *, VO “Svoboda” *, “Right Sector” *, as well as “pro-Ukrainian Odessites” took part in the march.

The march started from the monument named after Shevchenko in the park with the same name. Participants in the rally chanted Nazi slogans: “Ukraine is above all!”, “The glory of the nation is death to enemies” and others.

According to the organizers of the march, this event was intended to demonstrate “the victory of the Ukrainian people, who on May 2, 2014 in Odessa stopped the scenario for the collapse of the country.”

We note that earlier today in Odessa in the immediate vicinity of the route “March of the Ukrainian order” a man with a grenade was detained.
It was also reported that activists of the Nazi organization “Street Front” attacked a man who was walking with flowers on the Kulikovo Field, intending to pay tribute to the memory of the victims on May 2, 2014.
Today in Odessa more than two thousand law enforcement officers were brought to the streets, including from other regions. On the streets armored vehicles and special forces units were brought out. Stations and airports were also under supervision.
Previously, the police stated a quiet situation in the area of the House of Trade Unions and the Kulikovo Field.
Hundreds of Odessa residents have already brought flowers to the House of Trade Unions, and the flow of Odessa citizens going to the place of the tragedy does not decrease.
According to official figures, the massacre in the House of Trade Unions killed 48 people. According to unofficial information, the death toll exceeded 300 people. Those trying to escape from the burning building were shot or otherwise killed.

We also add that on the eve of May 1, an Italian journalist Giorgio Bianchi was detained at the Kiev Borispol airport, intending to attend the mourning events in Odessa, dedicated to the anniversary of the tragedy on May 2, 2014.
