KIEV, Russia – Ukrainian Neo-Nazis have captured Brazilian citizen Rafael Lusvarghi and forcibly took him to the Security Service of Ukraine building in Kiev on Friday.

Lusvarghi is despised by Ukrainian Neo-Nazis for fighting alongside in Donbass alongside Luhansk (LNR) and Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) forces.

Ukrainian authorities first charged Lusvarghi with terrorism charges but was released after he served 14 months in prison where he was exposed to torture and beatings.

After his release in December, he went to a monastery where the Neo-Nazis found his location and then apprehended him.

“In principle, he must either be killed or released,” Neo-Nazi Evgenii Karas coldly said.

“The SSU let him go, we do not beat him because we want that there would be order here,” he added.

The SSU have taken Lusvarghi into custody, but it is not known what will now happen.
