Poroshenko boasts of getting Turkish bomber-drones [video]

Fully armed with hundreds of missiles, and training is included

The video in his tweet,  A lovely showing of where the US and IMF money is going.

Text of his tweet:

As we have agreed with the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, an agreement has been signed on the purchase of Bayraktar TB2 Turkish drones for the Ukrainian army.

We continue to rearm the Ukrainian army with modern models that meet NATO standards!

As the news appears in today’s NewsFrontFrance:

Ukrainian president congratulates himself over signing a deal with Turkey for some drones.

This is what Poroshenko said on his Twitter account on Saturday, noting that his country will import Bayraktar TB2 drones from Turkey.

Informed sources say the Turkish company Baykar that produces this type of aircraft will make and deliver six Bayraktar TB2 drones within the year according to the terms of the agreement.

The agreement also includes the provision to Ukraine of three ground control systems and aircraft-related equipment.

The agreement in question was signed three years ago. Ukrainian delegations conducted a series of tests on the device, and it proved its worth on the battlefields.

It should be noted that the Qatari armed forces also signed an agreement last March with Baykar on the acquisition of six Bayraktar TB2-type drones.

Bayraktar TB2 is a tactical UAV capable of flying at an altitude of 20 thousand feet. The aircraft can carry loads of up to 150 kg, fly 24 hours non-stop, perform night reconnaissance missions, and simultaneously destroy targets.

Turkey is one of only six countries in the world able to produce armed drones equipped with smart bombs and advanced electronic systems.

We add a note from RT:
Turkish UAVs will be delivered to Ukraine with weapons

Advisor to the President of Ukraine, Yuri Biryukov, said that Bayraktar TB2 Turkish drones will be delivered to Kiev with full ammunition.

“Bayraktar TB2 – the contract is signed, there will be deliveries soon. They are Strike UAVs, which we buy complete, with weapons. It’s six UAVs, hundreds of missiles, control stations, with personnel training

… this is the preparation of joint production of part of the complexes in Ukraine,” wrote Biryukov on Facebook.

He noted that this is “a deadly bird that can hang in the air for a day at an altitude of 8 km.” Earlier, the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the Ukrainian state-owned company Ukrspetsexport and the Turkish Baykar Makina signed the agreement on the purchase of drone Bayraktar TB2 drones for the Ukrainian army.
