WASHINGTON, D.C./KIEV – One of the highlights of the current Ukrainegate 2.0 is the resignation of US Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Volker against the backdrop of a scandal with a possible impeachment of Trump because of Ukraine. In parallel with this, the UN General Assembly was held, where Russian Minister Lavrov spoke. But was it parallel at all? Mike Pompeo, whom Lavrov talked with on the sidelines of the General Assembly, is involved in the scandal and, like Volker, is expected to appear before Congress. In the meantime, Kiev is requesting that all talks between Putin and Zelensky… Continue ->

He added that Ukraine’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) “has not simply fallen but has collapsed in recent years due to the loss of the Russian market, some sectors of Ukrainian industry have virtually ceased to exist.” Relations between Russia and Ukraine worsened following the Donbass conflict… Continue ->

BEIJING – On October 1, in Beijing, there was a large military parade dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the creation of the People’s Republic of China. The parade in Tiananmen Square was attended by 15,000 military personnel, 580 pieces of equipment and 160 aircraft and helicopters. However, the real sensation was the demonstration of several brand new missile systems. Strasbourg, France – While addressing PACE (Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe) on October 2, the French president said, “Za zdravye!”, hinting at his hopes for a speedy start of negotiations in the Minsk format. He also welcomed Moscow’s final return to the regular sessions of the Council of Europe. The Ukrainian delegation was also present in the room and it would’ve been quite disappointed if that was the end of Macron’s speech. Emmanuel Macron reiterated that Russia is “deeply European” and that nothing could be done without Russia nowadays. He also stressed the importance of the Normandy format…. Continue ->

MAJOR – STEINMEIER FORMULA SIGNED: Roadmap to Peace or Just a Piece of Paper (VIDEO)

Published 2019-10-03 11:22:02 by Drago Bosnic in Donbass, Eu, Eurasia, France-Eurasia, Germany, Headline-News, Nato, Politics, Russia, Ukraine

MINSK – An event that (hopefully) may become a prologue to the end of the war in Donbass has occurred in Minsk on October 2. After many years of sabotage, Ukraine has finally accepted its obligations to implement the Minsk Agreements based on the so-called Steinmeier formula. The German Foreign Minister at the time composed it three years ago when it became totally clear that the Minsk Agreements wouldn’t work. Today, Kiev has signed this formula together with the representatives of the DPR and the LPR. Thus, there are no obstacles to the Norman Four summit at the moment. After… Continue ->

UKRAINEGATE 2.0: Zelensky’s Gambit, Ukraine Caught Between a Rock and a Hard Place (VIDEOS)

Published 2019-10-03 10:19:00 by Drago Bosnic in Anglo-5, Color-Revolution, Crime, Eu, Eurasia, Finance, Headline-News, Nato, Politics, Ukraine, United-States

WASHINGTON, D.C./KIEV – If we were to put the result of President Zelensky’s visit to the USA into one word, the visit that had such high hopes, then the word would be “disaster”. Zelensky was literally sucked into America’s domestic affairs between Trump and his Democratic rivals, led by Joseph Biden, the former Vice President of the USA and Trump’s main opponent for next year’s presidential elections. As a result, Zelensky was left with no chance to build relations with Trump or Biden. He had to make a choice. The video also shows how a Ukrainian opera singer and… Continue ->

Ukrainian Shelling of Donbass is so Frequent That Even Cats Got Used to it (VIDEO)

Published 2019-10-03 09:00:06 by Drago Bosnic in Crime, Donbass, Eurasia, Headline-News, Nato, Politics, Ukraine

DONBASS – Is getting used to shelling “normal”? Those of us who live in the safety and comfort of our homes probably find this idea preposterous. But what about those living in Donbass? What would they have to say about this? Surprisingly, there’s no need to go any further than a simple “meow” to find out. “These cats were born last year. They are used to shelling .” – Svetlana is trying to explain shocking calmness of her pets. A large-caliber machine gun is shooting somewhere very close and every now and then a bullet flies across the backyard. Kominternovo… Continue ->

DONBASS – It has been almost three years since Pascal Hillebrand, his girlfriend and their two kids moved from the Netherlands to Donbass. It wasn’t an easy decision, but Pascal feels that he did the right thing. During his service in the Dutch Army, he was taking part in NATO missions in Balkans and it was there that he saw how Western propaganda works and how the money of European and American taxpayers is being used to start wars all over the world. The Dutchman tells about his first impressions about the Donetsk Republic. He was amazed by the friendliness… Continue ->

Central Bankers Go Green… Why?

Published 2019-10-03 07:09:53 by Matthew Ehret in World, Anglo-5, United-Kingdom, United-States

I was told many depressing things as a child. Watching World Vision infomercials educating the west to the want and misery suffered by millions of children in the third world, I wasn’t alone in asking adults “why”? When I enjoyed all the comforts of food security, electricity and running water, why were these other children living in poverty? I know that I was not the only bewildered child to receive the shallow response that I did from family and teachers when I was told that this “simply is the way it is”. At best, we privileged few in the 1st world… Continue ->
