MAJOR: Russia Deploys S-400 and Pantsir to Serbia (VIDEO)

BELGRADE/MOSCOW – Russia sent its state of the art S-400 Triumf (NATO reporting name: SA-21 Growler) and Pantsir-S1 (NATO reporting name: SA-22 Greyhound) surface-to-air missile systems to Serbia for their first-ever exercise abroad. The S-400s, along with a battery of Pantsirs, were deployed at Batajnica Air Base, 25km from Serbia’s capital, Belgrade, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Thursday. Russia Deploys Additional Anti-Terrorist Forces From Chechnya to Syria (VIDEO)

DAMASCUS/ MOSCOW – Russia has redeployed nearly 300 more military police from the Chechen Republic to Syria. According to the memorandum signed by Moscow and Ankara, they’ll be patrolling a 30-kilometer (18.6 mile) zone near the Turkish border. As the Ministry of Defense says, over twenty Tigr and Typhoon armored vehicles have been delivered by aircraft. US Justice Dept Review into Russia Probe Origins Officially Becomes Criminal Investigation

WASHINGTON, D.C. – US Justice Department escalated its review into the origins of the collusion between Russia and the administration of President Donald Trump to a criminal investigation, The New York Times reported, citing two sources familiar with the matter. According to the report, the upgraded status will allow the prosecutor, John H. Durham, “the power to subpoena for witness testimony and documents, to impanel a grand jury and to file criminal charges”. Johnson Says He Wants Early Election on December 12

LONDON – British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is pushing for a preliminary election for a third time, urging Parliament to agree to a nationwide vote in mid-December. Clashes in northeastern Syria put Turkish-Russian Memorandum at risk
