NEW DELHI/MOSCOW – India is considering the option of urging Russia to ramp up the delivery of its advanced extremely long-range S-400 air defense missile systems, a defense ministry source said on condition of anonymity. An independent investigation must be conducted into the day-time killing of Andres Guardado, an on-duty security guard in the Los Angeles County city of Gardena, by a group of operating under the banner of the Los Angeles County Sheriff.
