MOSCOW – An arrest warrant has been issued against foreign-backed former Belarusian presidential candidate Svetlana Tikhanovskaya on Russian territory, according to the Russian Interior Ministry database. “Warrant ground: criminal code clause,” according to the database, TASS reported.
