“Protesters” attack and burn police station in Iran

QAHDERIJAN, Iran – So-called protesters damaged vehicles and burnt a police station in the town of Qahderijan between Monday and Tuesday, according to Iranian media.

Ten more people reportedly died in clashes overnight across Iran, bringing the death toll to over 20 since the beginning of the protests.

Most of the people killed were not through brute force used by Iranian security forces, but rather security forces defending themselves from opportunists attacking police stations and military outposts.
