The major town of Harasta has been secured by the Syrian Army after terrorist forces were moved elsewhere in the region or have begun their transfer to the northwest jihadist-held province of Idlib.
Some terrorist forces still remain deployed in the towns of of Jobar, Zamalka and Irbin.
Despite this however, they are all soon leave East Ghouta in accordance with an agreement with the Syrian state and under the supervision of the Russian forces.
This means effectively that only the town of Duma needs to be liberated with negotiations underway on where to transfer Jaish al-Islam terrorists who control this town. This fact still remains unknown.
